Base Salary Range: $103,000 - $254,000 
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.

Business Analyst – Client performance (SG Americas Securities, LLC, New York, NY)

Review and analyze client profitability across Corporates, Financial Institutions, and Financial Sponsors including: periodic reviews of activity; performance results analysis and segmentation exercises; support for client growth initiatives; and the completion of ad hoc studies. Ensure data integrity across the relevant systems (Act as support for specific Global Banking and Advisory/Americas “GLBA/AMER” processes (i.e. strategic reviews, NPS campaigns, conferences, presentations for GLBA/DIR, for All staff meetings, etc.) and compile a library of ready-to-use presentation material regarding different business lines and coverage units; Benchmark against peers with the aid of third-party data sources; Execute transversal, ad hoc projects (e.g. audit recommendations); Develop automation of the Strategy & Clients Team “STC” tasks. Use strong communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with various partners in Operations, Finance, Risk, and Information Technology teams as well as teams in Paris. Telecommuting is permitted up to 3 days a week. When not telecommuting, must report to SG Americas Securities, LLC at 245 Park Ave., New York, NY 10167. Salary Range: $103,000-$254,000/year

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Analysis, or related field plus 3 years of professional experience working within a financial institution in the banking industry synthesizing large sets of data (including variance analysis, budget, performance indicators, P&L and Balance Sheet drivers) to monitor client profitability data and performance metrics in the U.S. Investment Banking market; Must also have experience with the following special skills: 1 year of professional experience in project and change management, including resource function managers in the US and abroad; 1 year of professional experience utilizing MS Suite, Think-cell, Essbase, Power BI, and People Soft.
