Your role

• Understand user expectations and develop functional requirements and raises clarifications with stakeholders.
• Give Knowledge Transfer to the development team on Functional Specifications.
• Train developers on functional concepts and resolve functional problems faced.
• Acts as SPOC for business requirements and represents the end user in the development team.
• Lead and conduct functional testing thereby responsible for certification of product release before user acceptance.
• Encourage best practices and apply them in the team - responsible for functional product quality.
• Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.
• Set priority on work product as per the agreed iteration goals.
• Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices

Profile required

Your profile:

• Require 4 to 6 years of Business Analyst experience in Wealth Management, Banking Solutions and Credit Solutions domain knowledge

• Should have a strong understanding of Financial Services especially Wealth Management

• Good knowledge of IT related subjects (.Net, SQL, AngularJS/React JS)

•  Work with Agile framework and communicate requirements with Dev team. Ensure timely completion of development work and communicating status to stakeholders

•  Produce/assist in creating mockups using tools such as Balsamiq taking inputs from' stakeholders

• Ability to manage small IT projects

• Design and apply Test Strategy; Functional Test cases and participate actively in Testing phase

• Provide functional reviews and postproduction support

• Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented

• Be recognized for expert knowledge on Functional Domains; Business lines IS Cartography and Operational Processes

• Exhibit excellent communications skills to develop strong business connect and to influence business and technical audiences

• Challenge the status-quo by constantly looking for disruptive solutions by engaging with startups/FinTech’s/partners and on boarding stakeholders to implement the same

• Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement (process enhancements), analyzing, problem-solving, monitoring implementation, assisting with development, maintenance, and quality of services
