Responsibilities

This profile is for a French Translator, who is technically aware and who can act as a single point of contact and collaborate / lead where required while handling the incident along with Engineer. The person should be preferably experienced on basic network technology.

As an French Translator, the candidate will be responsible for managing the incident along with Engineer Technically troubleshooting and taking a lead  and resolution within the agreed service levels. The candidate will also ensure that clear/crisp communication in business speak will be sent to all stakeholders within the agreed timeframe.

As a technical specialist, the candidate should have technical and functional knowledge on different domains of Network, Systems, Database and cloud. In specific the expectation is to have an understanding about how the infrastructures interact with each other.

Being proactive, assertive and a very good team spirit will be the essence, the person has to be fluent in English and French.

Profile required

Experience Req: 1-8 Years

French linguist

Ability to learn. Candidate will be given training on CCNA by external vendor / institute to ensure basic understanding of network.

Preferably Experienced at managing escalations and major incidents, taking charge of the incident bridge, driving the incident bridge as well as the stakeholder communication.

A technically sound person who is well versed in infrastructure domains of systems, database and networks with understanding on how the infrastructures interact.
