Responsibilities




The RHG CSM provides a full range of IT services to develop, enhance and maintain HR applications and solutions for the SG Group. The activities of this perimeter are broadly organized and aligned to the main HR macro process areas defined across SG such as Learning, Performance and Talent Management, Recruitment, and Compensation & Benefits.


The entire CSM broadly operates as a Tribe in the Agile @ Scale model with six Feature Teams (FT) co-locations across Paris and GSC and in which GSC members are a part. The Tribe Manager, RTE, Architect and FT manager roles are currently in Paris. There are two Agile Master roles in GSC. In addition two Service Teams between Bucharest and Paris exist to complete the Tribe.


The mission of the team in GSC is to provide Level 3 (L3) run and change support and services for applications in the group’s portfolio.


Profile Required

ROLE DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY):

  •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with skills to identify problem root causes and solutions proposal.
  • Analyze functional change impacts on current production SLA & OLA
  • Contribute to deployment through functional pre-requisites and post-deployment checks
  • Responsible for delivering a quality work based on business requirements (functional and technical)
  • Work on the deliverables assigned as per the testing strategy
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Contribute to functional support activities of the team
  • Good level of knowledge in Data analysis and application troubleshooting
  • Knowledge & Implementation of best practices and processes on functional testing activities strategy definition
  • Implement Testing of functional hypotheses submitted by the PO through prototypes
  • Be able to coordinate with other technology work teams & to ensure project success
  • Ability to work in an agile environment (Agile @Scale) would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge/working experience in any Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in Learning and Development domain and/or Learning Operations preferred but not mandatory
  • Prior experience in any SAAS (Software As A Service) based application would be an added advantage
  • HR domain experience in relation with HR IT Applications would be an added advantage
 
Implementation Strategy and Support
  • Execution as per implementation timelines, scope & costs without any cost, effort or schedule overruns, as per defined and agreed SLAs
  • Contribute to  solving functional issues
  • Execute best practices and processes on production support activities
Agile Way of Working
 
  • Translate requirements into functional uses cases and specification documents.
  • Envision business flow and translate the same into technical implementation details highlighting
  • Participate to functional chapter of his tribe as part of tribe governance
  • Participate in Team Level: (i) Daily standup (ii) Iteration/Sprint Planning (iii) Retrospective (iv) Team demo (v) Backlog refinement
Sphere of influence within the organization
  • Expected sphere of influence and collaboration is expected to be immediate team. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner in spoken and written business language.
  • Desirable progression towards skills involving negotiation and convincing.
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze and Challenge business requirements based on prioritization given by PO
  • Study impacts of business requirements advising on options, risks & costs
  • Help the PO and the team in decomposing requirements into MVP then into user stories
  • Predict functional dependencies between teams working on the same platform
  • Understand technical constraints and participate to the product design
  • Design and functional test capabilities
  • Implement test cases as per the test plan
  •  Ability to support the team to resolve operational issues
  • Ability to take ownership of one's activities, accept responsibility for them and share results in a transparent manner

• Animate workshops with business users to refine or clarify business requirements

• Translate requirements into functional uses cases and specification documents
