As a Business Analyst you will be a member of the Operational Excellence (OPEX) team in Global Solution Centre in Bucharest, responsible for caring out the activities under the Data Quality (DQ) Pillar but also other transversal activities in support of Accounting and Regulatory (ACR) teams.

What you will do:

  • Work with ACR management, production teams and also with DQ manager (based in Paris) for maintaining and updating the DQ  governance deployed in ACR  department;
  • Ensure collection, monitoring and reporting of the DQ  issues faced during the processes performed by the ACR department in the SG Service Centre in Bucharest;
  • Prioritize DQ issues and drive or facilitate DQ remediation plans by working closely with production teams and various resolving groups;
  • Contribute to the Group DQ program for ACR department;
  • Coordinate Resilience testing for critical & vital activities performed in the  ACR department;
  • Act as a point of contact for knowledge management for ACR department ( eg: monitoring of standard operating procedures updates, maintaining new joiner onboarding framework, etc. );
  • Ensure group standards are met, raise flags, ensure escalation and facilitate problem solving;
  • Support group projects or drive local improvement initiatives under the OPEX focus areas and in this way contribute to the steering and continuous improvement of operational activities.

Profile required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience; CECCAR/ACCA would be a plus;
  • 3+ years previous experience working as Finance Analyst/ Reporting analyst or Business Analyst;
  • Power BI knowledge;
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills and knowledge of Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables), as well as other Microsoft Office applications;
  • English skills advanced; French would be a plus;
  • Hands-on attitude with structured and solution oriented thinking;
  • Ability to act and operate independently after receiving direction from management or feedback from stakeholders;
  • Being detail-oriented and focused on the quality and accuracy of own deliverables;
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
