Responsibilities

1.1 Job description

As a Business Analyst, you will be involved on all projects of the Recruitment and Mobility Value Chain.

In coordination with Paris teams, you will take part in:

  • Technical planning, design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of solutions based on the Recruitment and Mobility system relying on Oracle TALEO technology.
  • Deployment of the solution within the Group to extend their availability : Job@SG solution
  • Troubleshoot application issues, trace data/logic and report back on root cause

Evalution and Talent

1.1 Job description

As a Business Analyst, you will be involved on all projects of the Evaluation and Talent Value Chain.

In coordination with Paris teams, you will take part in:

  • Technical planning, design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of solutions based on the Evaluation and Talent system relying on SuccessFactors Performance and Succession Management.
  • Deployment of the solution within the Group to extend their availability : Evaluation and Talent solution
  • Troubleshoot application issues, trace data/logic and report back on root cause
1.2 Keys competencies and skills
  • Get to the heart of customers issues, diagnose problem
  • Providing ongoing support, assistance, advice to SuccessFactors user (including HRBPs, Product Owners)
  • Manage & Prioritize resolution of System Problems
  • Track and report on resolution and perform root cause analysis
  • Transform business requirement into system specification
  • Conduct user acceptance testing on system changes and obtain business user "Sign-off"
  • Adhere to GDPR rules
  • Assist in troubleshooting third party integration
  • Implementing new features for SuccessFactors
  • Perform release testing
  • Provide demos to HRBPs or Business Users on several SuccessFactors features
  • Working on Agile framework
  • Working independently and leading small projects
  • Adhere to Organizational guidelines
  • Provide assistance to Level 2 Support team for SuccessFactors related queries.
                     

 

1.3 Special Technical Knowledge

 

As a Business Analyst, you must have the following technical knowledge:

  •          Design and functional test capabilities
  •          Data analysis and application troubleshouting
  •          A good understanding of technical environment and architecture
  •          A good understanding of the organization and referentials
  •          Be able to coordinate with other technology work teams to ensure project success
  •          Prepare functional and technical project plan
  •          Responsible for delivering a quality work based on business requirements (functional and technical)

The objectives to achieve will have to answer also several requirements regarding design and regarding architecture of solution of company:

  •          Client oriented
  •          Quality of the solution (standards of quality, legibility and documentation)
  •          Maintainability of the solution / Suppleness of evolution
  •          Robustness
  •          Performance

1.4 Behavioural Skills

The role must have the following behavioural skills:

  •          Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with skills to identify problem root causes and solutions proposal.
  •          Ability to support the project manager to resolve operational issues
  •          Thoroughness and ability to work independently on multiple concurrent assignments with minimal supervision.
  •          Ability to work in multi-task way and manage multiple projects with changing priority
  •          Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with counterparts in SG Paris
  •          Ability to work in an agile environment (SCRUM) and on waterfall project
  •          Understanding of human resources processes

Minimal Required experience :

5 years at minimum is required

  • Should have experience on below modules:
  • Performance Management (Configuring new form, Performance Form template, CPM, 360, route map, workflow, translation, rating scale, form configuration, launch form, route form, Competency etc.)
  • Goal Management (Design goal template, import/ export goals, cascade, goal library, team goal etc.)
  • Succession & Planning (Incumbents, Nominations, Talent Pool, Talent Score card, Position, talent data import/ export etc.)
  • Employee Profile (Configuring designing Background portlets)
  • Reporting Creating Adhoc, complex ORD reports, Dashboard tiles Report Center etc.
  • Platform (Import and export User (UDF), import and export other data, manage user, all admin features, Manage Home Page, Custom Tiles, upgrade center etc.)
  • RBP (Configuring RBP group, Roles)
  • Should have knowledge handling data in Excel and CSV while doing any import and export
  • Integration Centre, Macros VBA, Dell Boomi and APIs as well
