Responsibilities
- Contribute to user story content by actively engaging with the product owner and feature team
- Deliver all relevant functional documentations with high quality. Ensure delivery of functional specification document
- Prepare product roadmap by co-ordinating with the product owner
- Prioritise requirements along with the PO and provide walkthrough to the internal and external stakeholders
- Aid the PO in preparing the product backlog and ensure that the stories are created and detailed one sprint in advance
- Ensure documentation is maintained for the features being worked on
- Ensure the mandatory DOR and DOD checklist is met for all requirements
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases in zephyr scale for the functionalities delivered
- Execute test scenarios and share test reports
- Play the role as tester and co-ordinate with development team in preparing the BDD
- Perform application testing to ensure the functionalities delivered are meeting the requirements
- Contribute 5% of the time for functional chapter & test chapter activities
- Drive League Ceremonies: Work with Product Owners to define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done. Work with Scrum master to come up with the Sprint Demo content
- Aid the PO in preparing the product backlog and ensure that the stories are created and detailed one sprint in advance
Profile required
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related
- Previous work experience as a business analyst or functional tester or relevant position in the Banking industry
- Experience in defining solution for reports is desired
- Exposure to Digital banking or corporate portal will be an added advantage
- Exposure to payments or transaction banking will be an added advantage
- Exposure to functional/Manual testing
- Exposure to API testing
- Exposure to product implementation would be an added advantage
- Familiarity with the software development process
- Exposure to Agile methodology is a must
- Strong documentation skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage project deadlines
- Good time management and organizational skills
