Responsibilities

Support & enable Senior/Principal Business Partner on business partnership delivery and priorities

Manage business stakeholders & finance connect primarily at BL COO/MSU level and with Finance controllership and P2P to ensure downstream partnership rigor

Manage smart Analysis & review of various data points for performance management (BL & entity level)

KPI management using monthly / quarterly dashboards with analysis & appropriate alerts

Develop budgets & forecasts - Ensure process for coherent data collation, sanitization and presentation of BL financials

Train Analysts and Senior Analysts

Profile required

Qualification / Experience:

  • CA / CMA / MBA Finance with 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance

Abilities / Skills required:

  • Good technical, analytical & engagement skills

  • Ability to visualize process enhancements

  • Good understanding of Management Reporting, Performance Management, Accounting, Costing etc.  

  • Excellent communication and business engagement skills

  • Process and change management experience

  • Ability to work with virtual teams and navigate through a matrix organization

  • Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team of peers
