Business&Support Analyst with Investment Banking

The NEOS team is developing and maintaining services and components that allow the pre-trade negotiation of vanilla equity derivatives products like options, futures and swaps. The services are orchestrating triparty workflow (client, sales & traders) from the capture of price request to the booking in the back-office systems.


Your Role in a Nutshell:

  • Providing thorough and clear analysis to unblock and assist the business on functional topics and technical issues;
  • Managing requests and incidents coming directly from users or other support teams; escalate the incidents to appropriate development team when required;
  • Liaising with relevant IT teams regarding new functional and technical enhancements;
  • Making available the knowledge of the local activity by promoting and updating specific documentation;
  • Ensuring colloaboration with people within different locations (Paris, London, Asia, USA);
  • Participating in the testing phases to validate the deliveries before production;
  • Reporting and alerting the management if risk situations may occur;
  • Contact persons to liase with: sales, traders, development teams, external contacts – MDPs.

Profile Required

A little about You:

  • You have an University diploma;
  • Knowledge/experience in the Finance industry
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken with the ability to participate in English-only meetings.
  • Reactivity, anticipation of needs and management of people and transversal teams;
