Cash Management - Back Office Support

Responsibilities

During your VIE you will be responsible of:

- Processing of payment transactions

- Project Support: Implementation of Cash Management Payment Services for a new customer

- Support of customer service representatives with regard to payment transactions

- Regular updating of all procedures

- Following up on operational cash management issues 

- Reporting and Permanent Supervision Requirements

- Other tasks related to PCM BO responsibilities and processes 

- Job being supervised by Head of operations PCM on a daily basis, under procedures and guidance in place

Profile Required

Graduate with a Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar

You have a previous experience in Cash Managemement

You are Fluent in English. Knowledge in German is a plus


The candidate is expected to be dynamic and to be able to contribute to build and influence new business relationships through the operational tasksGood team player, with the ability to interact well within a group and bring new ideas and proposals for the businesses and the organization
Very good communication skills

At Société Générale Vienna, we provide banking services specifically in coverage (GLBA/COV), trade finance (GTPS/TRA) and cash management (GTPS/PCM).

You will join our Cash Management Back Office Team which is mainly responsible for Accounts & Payments for Residents and non residents, SEPA and international transfers. You will be also working closely with our Cash Management Mid Office Team.
