MAIN BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
1. CASA account opening and lifecycle management;
2. To implement PCM products with clients;
3. To be the key contact point to client by monitoring client day-to-day transactions and handling client enquires;
4. To identify new sales opportunity and product requirements during client communication;
5. To conduct periodical meeting or visit to client with Sales from service prospective;
6. SG China Corporate hotline service and client enquiries handling;
7. To assist FO for KYC review document collection;
8. To support sales for the sale of PCM products.
1. Ensure the KYC and account opening checklists send to client are most updated ones;
2. Detect potential risks and through communication with clients;
3. Monitor client on boarding progress and escalation for exceptional and pending cases if required.
1. To take charge of PCM clients by portfolio and back up each team member;
2. Proactively support cash sales activities and contribute to team performance.
