Responsibilities

  • Responsible for chapter activities and managing people.
  • Should have good understanding of Capital markets/Custody/Fund Service  and BA process. 
  • Should have good exposure on dev life cycle and esp techno functional BA aspects to help the members
  • Define individual/chapter, Feature Teams and League objectives. Review and provide consolidated feedback.
  • Mentor and coach chapter members.
  • Evaluate and allocate workforce in Chapters/Feature Teams and drive recruitment.
  • Present the team to PMT and Tribe.
  • Connect with Agile Master and Product Owner to assess/evaluate chapter members' performance. 
  • Participate in Feature Team delivery and enhance expertise.
  • Manage Chapter and Feature Team backlogs separately.
  • Encourage and support Feature Team's autonomy.

Profile required

  • Experience range: 10 to 15 Years 
  • Minimum 5 + years of experience in people management 
  • Good exposure to Business Analysis and Product management
  • Should have diverse techno functional delivery management exposure
  • Should have experience in Agile, preferablly ScaledAgile
  • Should be able to colloborate and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Should be a motivator and strategizer
  • Implementation Strategy and Support
  • Should have innovative mindset and out of box thinking for problem solving
  • Execution as per implementation timelines, scope & costs without any cost, effort or schedule overruns, as per defined and agreed SLAs.
  • Help team members in solving their functional issues.
  • Execute best practices and processes (ITIL) on production support activities
