Responsibilities

Assist and support the Chief Country Officer (CCO) as Chief of Staff in the day to day duties:

  1. Member of Branch Management Committee (MANCO)
  • Work closely with CCO to determine yearly agenda for the regular Branch MANCO meetings
  • Learning opportunities as a member of MANCO for Banking industry.
  1. Reporting & Documental support
  • Coordinate and generate quarterly management report to Asia CEO
  • Assists with various reports, research, general correspondence and other documents under CCO’s supervision.
  • Preparation of presentation materials, proposals and any other material/data as maybe required.
  1. Coordinate and cooperate with other internal BLs, Head Office & Regional Office or other internal departments:
  • Build relationship with key internal and external stakeholders and engage with them on a professional level
  • Coordinate, follow-up with Head office and Regional office for conference calls, new tools, events, etc
  1.   Meeting & event preparation
  • Manage CCO’s business meetings, schedule, expenses
  • Organizing internal & external events (client events, YE Party, etc)
  • Organize & coordinate charity activities.
  • Preparing visitors meeting schedule/ assistance & support to internal visitors.

Profile required

  • Proactive learning aspiration about Banking industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree majored in Business Administration, Finance, and Economics
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and Korean
  • Interpersonal: Self-motivated, good communication skills and team spirit.
  • Able to keep sensitive information completely confidential and organized.
  • Proficiency in MS office especially excel and power point.
  • Business acumen
  • Personal Assistant experience is not must, other experiences, i.e. Chief of staff, Finance, Operation more than 2 years are welcomed.
