Your main tasks will be:

Managerial position within GTS

 

• Accountable for all IT Infrastructure services in country, in collaboration with central and offshore teams.

  • Ensures the appropriate GTS operational organisation exists and is maintained.
  • Ensures service delivery is maintained to clients with appropriate service levels, being delivered locally or centrally.
  • Ensures that GTS maintains appropriate security and operational risk management/mitigation processes.
  • Ensures GTS projects are delivered in a timely and cost conscious manner.
  • Manages strong relationship with local BL’s top management.

 

• Lead and manage the GTS transformation in the country

  • Leads, sponsors & manages the transformation throughout the locations and work with all the necessary stakeholders to make the implementation a success
  • Manages the involvement and contribution of his locations to global GTS strategic decisions when relevant.
  • Defines and manages the roadmap for the transformation of his locations.

 

• Accountable for GTS budget management within his location

Contributes to global GTS savings objectives, by looking after local / regional optimizations.

Ihr profil

Experience and technical skills

  • Master in Information Technology or similar
  • At least 10 years of experience in Infrastructure in a multicultural international context
  • Demonstrated experience in transversal multi location management in a similar environment
  • Strong understanding of the banking industry and IT Infrastructure
  • Leadership, people & change management skills in the context of transformation
  • Stakeholder management
  • Risk management
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Ihr umfeld

As CTO Germany you will be responsible for managing the local GTS teams in Frankfurt and Munich, and accountable for any aspect of IT production for the Branch, in collaboration with Central teams. Thereby your key responsibilities are ensuring the day-to-day operational efficiency, providing overall support to IT infrastructure in the local SG entity and delivering projects in a timely manner. You will work in close cooperation with the GBSU teams in Frankfurt and Paris to ensure that the infrastructure of the MARK activities is managed according to Group best practices.

This position reports hierarchically to the Branch COO and functionally to the EMEA Regional CTO.
