Responsibilities

Within the Société Générale Group, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure and its Digital Workplace Services teams, whose mission is to provide the Group's employees with their Digital Workplace.

Digital Workplace brings together all the services and tools of the work environment: the personal workstation of course, but also the smartphone, the corporate social network, communication and collaborative tools such as messaging, Teams, SharePoint, etc.

You will have a global view of all the client projects related to Digital Workplace. You will oversee and monitor all the projects in your portfolio. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Specifically, you will work strongly with DWS Account Managers and all teams to consolidate and coordinate works and projects and more specifically:

Strategy and Reporting

·       Develop and manage the overall project portfolio roadmap and register the programs and projects in his/her portfolio.

·       Take into account client’s satisfaction level in portfolio follow up.

·       Track and report on portfolio performance metrics, including timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.

·       Contribute to the implementation and coordination of the budgeting process, consolidate the items.

·       Ensure the application of project portfolio management standards and processes. 

Communication

·       Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio-related inquiries and communications.

·       Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to ensure collaboration, alignment and traceability of decisions.

·       Communicate information relating to programs/projects to decision-making or monitoring bodies.

Governance and administration

·       Assist the DWS Relationship Manager in the operational management of the BU/SU (projects, satisfaction, budget, roadmap, communications) so that objectives may be achieved.

·       Identify opportunities to streamline workflows improve efficiency and foster cross-functional collaboration.

·       Alert teams and DRM of any change in the roadmap with Client potential impact.

·       Take part in appointing governance and decision-making bodies.

·       Ensure that each member of the teams has a good understanding of the role.

Profile required

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification preferred

·       Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

·       Very good level of French and English

·       Passionate about new technologies

·       Ability to manage multiple projects

·       Experience in risk management and resource optimization within a project portfolio

·       More than 3 years of project or program experience

·       Global experience, working with teams in multiple locations simultaneously

·       Good communication skills 

·       User-centric (in multicultural perimeter)

·       Results oriented and problem-solving
