Responsibilities

Client Project and Account Support
The team is in charge of the "clients change" (Project Management for the Client Projects, client request and onboarding) and support on all adiminsitrative tasks needed for the relationship between SGSS and its clients.
Its main missions are:

  • Ensure effectiveness in managing Clients on boarding, support their transformation projects and all change needs
  • Grant accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Acting proactively for the Clients satisfaction and their loyalty

Your main tasks are :

  • Define project scope and planning in line with the requirements collected from the Clients and internal functions.
  • Organize on-boarding activities in cooperation with IT and Operational functions in order to improve and maximise onboarding capability and cost efficency.
  • Manage the projects and client requests in progress, in term of tasks, resources, budget and risks.
  • Organize and animate periodical status updates (internal and with the client), taking care of the production of project documentation 
  • Take care of all administrative tasks related to client set-up (i.e. KYC files, tools set-up, account and flows structure and set-up,etc..)

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

  • Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance / Project management.
  • A previous experience in project management in banking sector, business analysis or client relation would be appreciated
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient/Good command of MS Office
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Good analytical skills and ability to understrand requirements and constraints of stakeholders
  • Able to mediate and ease agreements 
  • Proactive, acting with dedication and tension to results, aiming to work autonomously and to complete tasks on schedule with accuracy and timeliness
  • Interested into developing competencies and knowledge, taking in charge projects even beyond the usual area of business
     


The VIE assignment in a nutshell :


This VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact there that your VIE mission could potentially get postponed, depending on the evolution of the health crisis and subjects to the decision made by the Crisis and Support Centre of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE). In addition, the selected candidate will only be paid upon confirmation from Business France and arrival in the country of assignmen
