Within Client Services and supporting the Client Project team, the VIE will be involved in several topics as:
· Support the head of PCL in manage the Project portfolio of the clients;
· Support the project sponsoring and budgeting process;
· Assist the project manager in the execution of the project for specific tasks assigned;
· Produce periodical management reporting on project and change requests;
--Main contacts are both internal in SGSS SpA (local staff), the SGSS head office. Regular relation with PCL team and the Team leader on daily basis. Timeliness in report and address specific client issues.
The VIE assignment in a nutshell:
This VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.

Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering school or University, majoring in economy
Previous experience in a bank, in project management or in project portfolio management

In Milan based, will be part of Client Services team, the VIE will be a Project Client Assistant with the scope to support the Project Client Team (PCL)
Client Services Department is the function in charge of the Client relationship and client support for the non ordinary topics related the services provided by the Bank. Starting from the on boarding and SLA definition, in the run activities and during the big or small changes, the Client service goal is to keep high the satisfaction level of the clients.
In particular the role of Project Client manager it to manage with effectiveness the Projects and Change Requests required by the Clients, understanding the Client need and coordinating the bank in order to deliver with quality, timeliness and taking care of the cost coverage. Project management methodologies are applied in this context.
