The Client Services team is in charge of maintaining a good working relationship  with the client once the deal is onboarded. The team also acts as the central point of contact for clients as well as all respective internal departments such as operations, legal and compliance.


During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities :

  • Monitor all incoming emails from all counterparties as well as internal stakeholders
  • Retrieve and update information related to client portfolios
  • Run analysis reports for deals to ensure deal guidelines are met
  • Liase with clients to retrieve fund documents for referential review
  • Update valuations in collateral management system 
  • Process documents requiring signature
  • Process entries related to financing activity

Profile required

Your profile

  • Graduate with a degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in finance
  • A previous experience in finance/banking would be appreciated
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient/Good command of MS Office
  • Fluent in English

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

The VIE in New-York is to begin as soon as possible, but you will need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment.  It will last 18 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states oft eh European Economic Space.  For further information, please see
