Responsibilities

Societe generale securities services is one of the main administration and custody actor for the fund industry in luxembourg. We offer a complete range of services for institutional clients: liquidity management, custody services, funds administration, transfer agent and issuer services.

As part of the client service team, you will provide general support to client service managers in their daily tasks and you will be in direct contact with clients ( Asset Managers, Insurance or Corporates) to help them in their requests.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • keep the overview of client satisfaction
  • Support client service managers in their daily actions and help them in SGSS digital transformation
  • Work closely with internal deparments to ensure effective communication to and from the client

Profile required

Required skills :

  • BAC +5 in Economy, Finance
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • Curiosity and synthesis skills
  • Ability to work transversally across functions and teams on very diverse client related topics
  • Communication skills in written (presentation ppt and written document)

Languages :

  • Fluent in English and French, with any other major European language being an advantage

Technical skills required:

  • Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

 

This VIE in Luxembourg is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 2 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see http://www.civiweb.com/.
