Responsibilities

Your role

 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Dealing with small clients with relatively low volume and complexity and assess within the guidelines provided by your line manager,  the needs and actions aiming to achieve the project objectives
  • Client documentation and team folder reorganization
  • Administrative follow-up in line with line manager directives

Profile Required

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

 

This VIE in Luxembourg is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 2 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see http://www.civiweb.com/.

 

Your profile

 

Graduate from Engineering school – Business School or University, with a master degree in Finance & Economics.

 

You are fluent in English and French.

You have a very good level with Microsoft Office.

As a Client Service Officer within SGSS Client Service Department, you will be an active player in supporting SGSS’ Client Culture.

 

You will contribute to the support of our long-term relationships with our clients and internal partners.

 

We require you to be inquisitive, to suggest new solutions to improve the quality of service delivery.

 

You will have to actively listen in order to understand the precise requirements of our internal partners and clients.

 

Day to day, you will create value for the client whilst taking into account the risks for SGSS.
