SGPB Suisse is offering comprises global expertise in international wealth planning as well as in a wide range of investment solutions.

Mission: 

The purpose of the Client Services Advisor role is to be part of the “Direction Commerciale (DirCo)” supporting the Private Bankers and Account Managers. It is a vital link between Clients, Private Bankers, Account Managers, and Support Services from initial client introduction and throughout the life of the client’s relationship to bring an administrative and commercial supports.

The Client Services Advisor will ensure on behalf of their team that all aspects of the Client’s experience within SGPBS are dealt with in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • In charge of booking and controlling daily outgoing cash and securities
  • In charge of Securities Management: input of security transfer and ensure Corporate Actions follow up
  • Provide complete service support to client, including solving complex client inquiries related to digital (e-banking, e-sign)
  • Provide day to day support to Bankers on client documentation, payment management, fees, reversal processes
  • Manage tariffication, banking and client input tariffication into S2i and client input commercial gesture (quarterly & semester fees)
  • Coordination of Account closing: require and initiate account closures: ensure fees estimation, account blocking, services removal and various transfers are performed accurately
  • Prepare ad-hoc and regular internal reports for senior management
  • Represent the Commercial Private Banking team in the risk assessment, control identification and control monitoring framework for operational, financial crime, and regulatory risks and controls
  • Follow and Coordination for Blocked Accounts: investigation and monitoring of blocked accounts, follow-up of temporary-partially deblocked accounts
  • Act as a back-up for the internal FIM Desk on transaction management in case of overheating situation: set crisis meetings, split tasks, and workload to provide the best quality service to FIM clients
  • Responsible for ensuring a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for SGPBS clients. Goal is to exceed clients’ expectations

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Master Degree in Finance/Economics
  • At least 7 years of working experience in a similar position

Language skills:

  • Fluency in French
  • English – Advanced
  • Additional language skills are considered a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Good IT knowledge (MS Office and other relevant IT skills  - S2i and WDX would be a plus)
  • Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies
  • Knowledge of regulations applying to the bank, its staff, and clients
  • Knowledge of internal risk management, compliance, AML procedures and constant vigilance in respect of them
  • Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Good judgement skills to prevent fraud and raise alerts as necessary
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship building skills
  • Team spirit
