Commercial/Credit Internship
Responsibilities
- Support the structuring of financial products within the respective systems;
- Assist in identifying business opportunities through media monitoring and analysis;
- Contribute to the preparation of monitoring reports (revenues, pipelines, and other controls);
- Update departmental control spreadsheets and coordinate with other internal areas;
- Prepare presentations for internal and external clients, initiate the onboarding and KYC process for new companies, track progress through to completion, conduct periodic reviews, and produce meeting reports;
- Assist credit analysts in preparing client credit files;
- Input clients’ balance sheets into spreadsheets and generate key credit indicators;
- Attend earnings calls and client meetings to address inquiries and gain insights;
- Provide support in preparing industry and client credit analyses.
Profile required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed;
- Flexible, multitasker, communicative, and outgoing;
- Knowledge of accounting is desirable;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Fluent in English;
- A plus: intermediate proficiency in French;
- Previous experience in the role is not mandatory;
- Certification is not mandatory.
