Responsibilities

Your mission:


As a Compliance Analyst you will have an operational role in the performance of compliance related process meant to reduce Compliance related risks.


Your Role in a Nutshell:

 

Know Your Supplier Process:

  • Perform the KYS process on onboarding and periodically in accordance with the local process;
  • Escalate Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Sanctions and Embargo and Reputational risks to the SG EBS Compliance Officer.

 

Sponsorship and Patronage Process:

  • Perform the due diligence process on onboarding and periodically in accordance with the local process
  • Escalate Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Sanctions and Embargo and Reputational risks to the SG EBS Compliance Officer.

 

Risk Assessment

  • Participate in the Compliance Risk Assement (“Compass”), RCSA and New Product Committee;
  • Contribute to evaluating the risk related to the activities performed and determine mitigating measures when applicable.

 

Controls:

  • Participate in the implementation and performance of the control framework in relation to its above activities and respond to request for information necessary for the performance of the Controls by the Compliance Officer.

 

Compliance Training:

  • Monitor the performance of the Compliance Training;
  • Sent reminders to the relevant employees and their N+1 to prevent overdue;
  • Report the performance of the training to upper management thought the appropriate channels.
  • You have strong communication skills and excelent writing skills;
  • You have an exemplary conduct and discretion;

Profile Required

A little about You:

  • You have minimum 2 years experience in compliance or risk control;
  • You have a University degree in law/finance/economics;
  • You know english at the advanced level – spoken and written;
  • You have strong communication skills and excelent writing skills;
  • You have an exemplary conduct and discretion;

We also value:

  • Good analytical skills;
  • Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy;
  • Fluent professional French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Societe Generale environment, its organization and tools is a plus;
