You are graduated with a Master degree from Engineering or Business School or University with a specialization in Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting or related discipline.
You have previous working experience (permanent employment, temporary employment or internship) in Banking/Insurance, consulting/audit with exposure or direct handing of regulatory matters.
You are fluent in English
You are proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, powerpoint)
You have the following job skills:

This VIE in Australia is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.

We are currently looking for a Compliance Analyst to join support our Australian Compliance team. The Compliance Team performs a key role within the Societe Generale working closely with all Australia businesses.
The Australian Compliance team, based in Sydney is a team of 3 which provides Compliance Advisory services to the onshore and offshore businesses of Societe Generale into Australia.
The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Compliance for Australia.
The successful candidate will get exposure to Corporate & Investment Banking environment in an international and multi-cultural context, will get the opportunity to work on multiple aspects of the compliance function and develop exposure to the various businesses, as well as interact with local senior management of Australia entities.
