Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
  • Provide compliance advisory by working closely with team members and other departments, like HR and CS, as well as reportings, incident management and connected transaction management.
  • Compliance regular reports and Ad Hoc regulatory survey, inquiries and self-checks
  • Regulatory applications, filing and correspondence
  • Compliance review and training.
  • Daily communication with regulators
  • Regulator on-site inspection support
  • Follow ups on all regulatory comments/recommendation
  • Other compliance related works assigned

Profile required

Academic Background (degree and major)

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Law

Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how

  • Minimum 3-4 years work experience in foreign bank, incl 2-3 years in compliance or operations area;

Skills & Competencies

  • Familiar with local CBRC/SAFE/ PBOC rules & regulations and relevant compliance policies;
  • Sound knowledge of banking products / services;
  • Independent, self-motivated and detail-focused; able to work under pressure

Language Skills

  • Good command of verbal and written English and excellent communication skills;

Computer Skill

  • Literate in MS applications, WORD, EXCEL, Powerpoint, etc
