Compliance Risk Assessment - Sr Analyst

Responsibilities

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: The role requires the employee to be fluent in English and French



 Provide training to entities on the risk assessment framework & tool

 Provide ongoing support of the tool

 Follow up of action items with the relevant stake holders

 Analysis of the residual reports

 Preparation of Residual risk report

 Preparation of Action plans and action items reports

 Identification, Assessment and Evaluation of inherent & residual risks

 Identification risks which are applicable and update regulation

 Identifying Mitigants and Perform Risk Cover Assessment to test the effectiveness of mitigants

Timely Reassessment of the mitigants

Profile required

COMPETENCIES

 Knowledge on Global regulations related to banking and compliance

 Ability to work in project mode

 Ability to work with the Excel and SharePoint tool

 Spoken Language fluency (for verbal communication with the necessary entities)

 Knowledge in the field of compliance would be a plus

 Strong analytical skills

 Ability to work independently and multi-task

 Excellent organizational and time-management

 Comfortable in high volume and high stress environment

 Flexible to work on shifts as required


TECHNICAL SKILLS:  Excel, Power Point


PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE: 4 to 7 years of industry experience in Risk Assessment/Project Management

 

EDUCATION: Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Economics or equivalent



LANGUAGE: French(expert), English(fluency)
