Responsibilities

The Compliance risk officer will analyze outsourcing services risks.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate the compliance risk assessment process in RAMOS (set up of the meetings with outsourcing project sponsor/manager, risk experts when necessary for compliance and reputation risks analysis, priorisation and follow up of the requests);
  • Prepare the file for analysis (gathering of documents);
  • Pre analyze the exposure of outsourcing service/essential outsourcing service (OES) to compliance risks following Group effort (RISQ/OPE) to cope with EBA guidelines (assessment of inherent risk, of mitigants and of residual risk, definition of actions plans to reduce the compliance risks) and the order of the 3rd November 2014 on the internal control of undertakings in the banking, payment services and investment services sector subject to the supervision of the ACPR;
  • Validate the pre analysis with the concerned CCO of CPLE/ITI, CEN and GBS and/or Data Protection Officer/Correspondent ;
  • Integrate the result of risk assessment into RAMOS tool;
  • Produce reporting on requests portfolio management, including follow-up of actions plans set-up as part of or complementary to the SLA.

Profile required

  • A very good level of French and English both written and oral
  • The candidate needs to have between 5 and ten years of experience as PMO with additional IT & compliance expertise, data protection risk analysis is a plus;
  • The candidate needs to have a good communication skills allowing him/her to animate meetings with sponsors and / or project managers and to interact easily with all stakeholders;
  • Team spirit: capacity to coordinate with the other team members in an efficient and assertive manner, but at the same time keeping a high level of independence and autonomy;
  • Capacity to prove a dynamic, proactive and perseverant sense.
