Prerequisite for the job:
An experience as a developer
At least 10+ years of Oracle database administration

- Provide technical expertise on Oracle databases to development teams
- Solve customers' problems, identify pragmatic solutions that meet the needs of project teams, in accordance with the strategy of the SI
- Listening, empathy and openness to fully understand the reasons and motivations of his client while having a capacity to challenge (ability to affirm).
- Adapt his language and his message, capture the attention of his interlocutors. Accept realistic compromises.

Profile required

Within the Société Générale Group, you will be part of CFT/DDS, which is a shared services center, integrated into the Group's Resources and Innovation Department.
Its mission is to equip the Group's Divisions and Clusters with high-performance and innovative IT solutions.

Your main activities are:

o Validate with the operator the reference technical basics of the ISD on DBMS technologies (Oracle) of the competence center, including in terms of performance,
o Providing development teams with installation and deployment standards,
o Provide support and assistance for studies on DBMS (Oracle) technologies managed by the competence centers throughout the manufacturing cycle
o Assist, if necessary, studies on significant application problems in production
o Bring Oracle expertise to CFT/DDS teams for their specific needs: benchmarking, optimizations, code review, performance tuning, etc
o Build, make available and maintain reusable development components and associated tools
o Administer and maintain the development tools, support the deployment of these tools in the study teams, train the user teams,
o Knowledge of the open source database PostgreSQL would be a plus
