Responsibilities

You will be part of CPLE/DTO (Compliance Digital & Transformation Office) which carries out cross-functional strategic project management and coordination of information systems with the Compliance departments of the Société Générale Group.

Within this service, DMO (Data Management Office) acts to implement the necessary means for sustainable control of CPLE business data, in alignment with the data strategy of the Société Générale Group, while the CARMA (Compliance Activities, Risks Monitoring and Analytics) program aims to develop the CPLE Data Lake and its Business Intelligence. Within this service, you will be supporting the management of DMO and CARMA Bucharest, while also contributing to the process of defining and implementing the remediation flow for Daqboard in collaboration with the Paris DMO.

Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à:

  • As PMO for DMO and CARMA Bucharest :
    • Focus on the continuous improvement of the activities in alignment with the business need, while actively supporting the collaboration within the team ;
    • Implement reports for team occupancy, collect and monitor data, raise alerts to DTO manager ;
    • Define, implement and perform operational risk controls, trackers for procedures and trainings ;
    • Contribute to the DTO Bucharest Governance, issue presentation supports/ dashboards/ meeting minutes ;
    • Act as back-up for the DTO Bucharest manager on transversal subjects, administrative issues and certain operational processes, support audit missions .
  • As Daqboard (tool for the Data Quality anomalies) contributor :
    • Manage data quality anomalies raised by CPLE controls ;
    • Create and describe data quality anomalies in Daqboard tool and search the root cause ;
    • Set up the remediation plan to correct anomalies, in collaboration with various stakeholders across Societe Generale ;
    • Follow the implementation of each remediation plan using reports to be build.
  • Ensure operational continuity :
    • Act as a back-up for the team members on the Data Quality perimeter ;
    • Stay aware of the Risk and compliance measures and flag any potential risks ;
    • Ensure that the team procedures are up to date.

Profile required

  • You have over 5 years of experience in Process Transformation, Analysis & Reporting, Project/People Management ;
  • You are a good planner, experienced in dealing with multiple stakeholders at the same time ;
  • Knowledge in Compliance, Risk, Data Quality, Societe Generale environment would be a plus ;
  • You are fluent in French and English ;
  • MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint in particular) Advanced ;
  • Ability to work with experienced collaborators, understand, prioritize and treat their business needs ;
  • Capacity to identify potential risks, timely raise alerts and flags, problem solving ;
  • Team spirit: capacity to coordinate with the other team members in an efficient and assertive manner, whilst keeping a high level of independence and autonomy ;
  • Capacity to prove a dynamic, proactive and perseverant sense .
