The Contract Management Specialist is in charge of managing the lifecycle of contracts between Société Générale and its entities, for providing transaction processing services.

The main target clients covers corporate, financial institutions, public bodies and associations, both in France and abroad, who are seeking a partner for their commercial and financial cash flow and payments.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Create and update contracts;
  • Draft and process contractual amendments and schedules;
  • Identifies stakeholders and ensure all relevant interests are represented;
  • Liaisons with legal counsel and senior management. Interprets legal advice and provides advisory and educational support to all participants in the contract process;
  • Takes proper action to close out the contract in accordance with applicable GTPS regulations and procedures upon contract termination/expiration;
  • Ability to handle all miscellaneous requests related to the process;
  • Follow up in order to obtain the necessary signatures for the contracts;
  • Participate to process calls and client discussion;
  • Adapt to and comply with any regulatory requirements.

Profile required

  • Law background is a plus;
  • Previous experience in procurement is a plus
  • Previous experience in contract management;
  • Knowledge in using a referential tool is a plus;
  • Fluency in French and English;
  • Very good effective communication skills both written and oral;
  • Risk orientation skills;
  • Analytical skills and process oriented;
  • Meticulous attention to details;
  • Excellent collaboration and team spirit.
