We are seeking to hire a skilled Contract Management Specialist who will be responsible for managing the life cycle of contracts signed by Société Générale or SG GSC – as a Service Provider, with other entities within Société Générale.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Draft and process contractual amendments and schedules (during MSA, CSA, Addendum creation and validation);
  • Identify stakeholders and ensure all relevant interests are represented;
  • Liaisons with legal counsel and senior management;
  • Interpret legal advice and provides advisory and educational support to all participants in the contract process;
  • Take proper action to close out the contract in accordance with applicable BU/Service Line regulations and procedures upon contract termination/expiration;
  • Follow up in order to obtain the necessary signatures for the contracts;
  • Participate to process calls and client discussion;
  • Adapt to and comply with any regulatory requirements.

Profile required

  • Bachelor's degree in Law;
  • Proven experience as Constract Specialist or similar role;
  • Customer Services knowledge (business lines /service line SG);
  • Advance level of English and French;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Thoroughness, synthesis and analysis capability;
  • Attention to the details;
  • Very good communication skills.
