Responsibilities

We are looking for a resource to help the onshore CPLE Control Tower team to:

  • follow-up on the files part of review campaign (and onboarding but not the top priority) that have been escalated to CPLE teams via the tools in place (KSM, KYC Reporting, SG Workflow, excel tracker in TEAMS)
    • Note 1 - Those escalations to CPLE teams are done via mail. One file escalated to CPLE is normally escalated to as many CPLE locations as KYC agreement on the client file
    • Note 2 – The resource we are looking for should have skills on Excel and development of macros
  • manage recurrent follow-up with the CPLE locations having the higher volumes of files
  • ensure requests sent to CPLE and pending have been assigned to a leader within each CPLE team and treated on time
  • identify files with complexity or blocking issues
  • provide KPIs in regards with the review campaigns, the files with CPLE, with issues, …
  • feed onshore CPLE control teams with clear status update
  • participate to meetings held by CLD/KYC on the review campaign follow-up with the business lines

participate to the transformation initiatives to help smoothing and enhancing the escalation process from CLD to CPLE

Profile required

  • Knowledge of:
    • CLD/KYC processes (high-level at least)
    • CLD/KYC worldwide organization
    • KYC main data fields (BDR ID, Primary role, KYC Statuses, …)
    • CLD tools (KSM, KYC Documentum, BDR/Maestro, including KYC Reporting which is KSM reporting tool)
  • Technical skills on Excel and development of macros if needed be
  • Good usage of Powerpoint
  • Good verbal and written communication, team spirit
  • Appetite to join CPLE, build the CPLE control tower function in the new CPLE organization, participate to CPLE transformation

At least 4/5 years working experience and ideally coming from SG GSC - CLD/KYC teams as we need support asap
