Responsibilities
Join the COO team (Chief Operating Officer) in GSC RO GTS (Global Technology Services) and become part of a transversal and dynamic environment which aims to sustain and drive the Business Line operations in collaboration with key local and global stakeholders.
In the COO team you will have a specific role in relating with Société Générale entities, at least in Europe area, to supervise the applicability of Group guidelines, with proper understanding of the operational justifications.
Your journey will comprise shifting between the next assignments:
Resource management
- collect GTS staff information to update the consolidated Landing Plan for SG entities
- update on monthly basis, in the related tools, the assignment of resources, update start date, end date, activity allocation, billability ratio. etc
- follow-up that resources are allocated on good projects, track consumption on MDs and Keur
- assure a good allocation of users in time tracking tools
- perform head count forecasts, track evolution compared to actuals, justify differences
- consolidate, deliver reports on resource status
Billing management
- supervise resource costs, infrastructure costs and perform billing process
- generate Purchase Orders for acquisitions and track consumptions to allocated budget
- in-depth analysis, Budget and Forecast submission, vs Actuals comparison and trends
- track budget usage compared to contract base
- quality check to have the good allocation of POs and contracts for the activities acted
Governance
- challenge operational entities costs per category and assure the guidelines are respected
- close collaboration with SG local entities key decision makers
- keep appropriate interactions with Finance Department, Contracting, Procurement
- challenge budget usage, validate or reject acquisitions corresponding to Group catalogue
- take part in ad-hoc transformation or change management projects with impact on GTS
- present in committees the analysis results with proper message and justification
Profile required
- Fluent in English; French would be a plus
- Attention to details and analytical (proficiency in managing numbers)
- Previous experience in managing costs
- Strong command of MS Office, with focus on Excel
- Problem solving and autonomy
- Organization skills and business understanding
- Proactivity, adaptability, and solution oriented
- Communication skills
