Base Salary Range: $158,000 - 450,000

Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.


  • Trade Credit Cash Corporate IG Book (flexibility when it comes to sectors)

  • Generate revenues from Cash Corp trading activity

  • Keep growing the franchise: volumes, client base

  • Create alignment with sales force to grow the business and participate in Client strategy

  • Supervise Risk Management of the Book / stay within risk limit framework

  • Identify the market trends to adapt the business if needed. Follow the evolution of fundamental indicators of the different underlying to complete the market view

  • Management of scarce resources (Balance sheet, liquidity, RWA..)

  • Interact with Onboarding Department on the clients onboarding process

  • Interact with Risk Department on the risk framework

  • Comply with Regulatory requirements and Compliance

Profile required


  • Relevant industry experience with solid exposure to IG Cash Trading

  • Market risk management skills

  • Knowledge of flow business. Capacity to generate flows and be profitable

  • Strong technical / financial math skills / ability to understand & price Cash bonds

  • Understanding of product fundamentals

  • Strong negotiating skills and client-relationship skills, influencing with impact

  • Proactivity / Entrepreneurship / Capacity to drive Salesforce

  • Collective mindset / ability to integrate into a team


Required: Minimum 3 years trading experience


Desired: Technical degree / MBA
