SG CIB plays a key intermediary role between issuers and investors, corporates and financial institutions, offering issuers a broad access to markets and offering investors smart solutions and access to investment opportunities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the relationships with the clients in their portfolio at the highest caliber and depth, and SG is aware of, and push for all the potential business
  • Ensure the full monitoring of counterparty risks and concentration issues, contributing to the SG internal rating of the client, and following up on exposures, thanks to his/her client knowledge
  • Provide CBA facilities with the clients and manage the client appropriately to benefit from all relevant cross-selling activities
  • The NBI and the Gross Client Profitability with the customers, and the quality of information on client profitability – ensure, with the support of CORI/COV/SUP, that the profitability indicators used in the monitoring systems give a fair image of the revenues performed with the client and of the allocated capital
  • Maintain a close and trustworthy relationship with the client in order to anticipate needs and be informed as soon as possible about client’s requests
  • In support of the Head of CORI Istanbul, define the commercial priorities with the business lines (Shared Goals) considering the strategy and the resources available within the business lines (such as capital, commercial presence)
  • Share client knowledge and professional contacts with the business lines, and promote the bank’s image in terms of know-how and skills towards the client
  • Apart from insider information, use the CRM tool to share the information and keep the client relationship updated (contacts, Shared Goals, call reports, pitches)
  • The Client Relationship Manager leverages capital allocated to the client globally in order to drive cross-selling and synergies and manage SG exposure with the customer in his/her areas of responsibilities
  • Supervise the proper completion of deals, either in the marketing phase or in the execution phase, the latter being under the responsibility of the business lines
  • The Client Relationship Manager is to liaise with the French/international networks and help to maintain the highest standards in terms of execution, reputation and ethics with the client and in close coordination with the Business Lines
  • In line with the Group CSR Ambitions, fully integrate the GLBA ESG strategy in the day-to-day management of the client relationship to create future value and generate tomorrow’s opportunities

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Relevant university degree
  • Ideally professional experience in Sales and in the financial industry or a similar environment

Language skills:

  • Fluency in Turkish
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly client orientated and displaying a results-oriented working method
  • Open for change and flexible
  • Accustomed to working in an international and multicultural environment as well as in a matrix organization
  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Able to work in a team as well as autonomously
