Responsibilities : 
We are looking for an Application Support Analyst who is determined for learning business products and activities and technical skills. The successful candidate will join our global team to support for the Bank’s Credit Cash and Derivative desks.

As a member of the Global Credit Support team, You will:

  • Be responsible on the Normal Changes of the Credit platform across regions
  • Be accountable on the production issues on the scope (local and global tools)
  • Support the CREDIT business on our trading tools and Cross-Asset platform
  • Provide thorough and clear analyses to unblock, assist and accompany the business on functional IT topics and issues
  • Be part of the transformation of the operating model
  • Make available the knowledge of the local activity by promoting and updating specific documentation
  • Train users within Asia and accompany the business on major changes impacting their tools
  • Suggest strategic orientation and innovation for the chapter (existing processes both for the business or our production services activities)
  • Know and apply team Golden Rules, guidelines and CMRM processes
  • Collaborate with others teams (networking, systems, quality insurance, support, architects, others development teams)
  • Communicate with our clients/partners in a transparent way
  • Show accountability and be aware of all risks within its activities / scope of responsibilities    

Profile required

Profile Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar discipline 
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in all phases of enterprise application development
  • Good knowledge of the IS
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new environment
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks 
  • Foster collaboration between teams (locally and globally)
  • Demonstrate the ability to run/lead small projects
  • A prior experience in a front office is a plus
  • Credit products & market expertise, agile practices is a plus
  • Fluent English is mandatory
