Société Générale Private Banking Suisse SA, is part of the SGPB network based in Switzerland and offers wealth management solutions to high net worth individuals. SGPB Suisse is offering comprises global expertise in international wealth planning as well as in a wide range of investment solutions.

Main mission:

                The CRM Hunter has the mission to develop both:

  • new client’s relationships
  • an existing clients’ portfolio booked towards CRM Farmer (« Existing but unexplored clients »)

                He/she has a significant role of prospection with objectives oriented to collect new money (NMA), by appealing to all resources and experts at your disposal within Société Générale Group.

Desired start date: as soon as possible


  • Identification, acquisitions, development on his/her geographic scope: UK market
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with business getters and other intermediaries
  • Contribute to the development of clients’ relationships well established – growth of existing portfolios
  • Participation to the review of existing clients’ portfolios to develop (« Existing but unexplored clients ») 
  • Use of the different expertise of the bank in order to develop relationships with business partners: WMS (ADV, DPM, PMA, MKS, WPS), Credit Advisors and other expertise of SG Group
  • Maximization of clients’ needs through the promotion of products and services of the bank; knowledge and promotion of the « bank » offering
  • In the coordination with the Marketing department (WMS), define the requirements and commercial offerings conception: « pitch » clients, price/fees proposal, services offering, investments proposals
  • Take part in the creation of New Products
  • Responsible for specific cases set-up (financings, new contacts opening process …) in connection with experts
  • During the « onboarding » process, make sure of the quality of account opening file and the good management of the file for prospects
  • During the introduction of a new client and of all accounts associated to the client, responsible for the preparation of KYC memo, AML scoring, compliance matrix

Profile required

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in economics / banking
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the banking environment, ideally in a similar function

Language skills: 

  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Other languages are an asset

Technical, operational and behavioural skills:

  • In-depth product knowledge and excellent sales and relationship management skills
  • Capacity to manage and target the largest clients and maintain key relationships
  • Advisory capabilities
  • Knowledge of regulations applying to clients
  • Good knowledge and network of the SG Group
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Commercial skills
  • Team Spirit
