Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of GBSU/CLD, your mission will include:

  • Management support: prepare the relevant presentations/reports to senior management and put in place the relevant dashboards/metrics to follow production;
  • Project Management: be involved in project management and process improvement initiatives;
  • Teambuilding: assist with the development of team building initiatives across CLIC’s different locations (New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Montreal and Sao Paulo)

Profile Required

The VIE assignment in a nutshell  

 

This VIE in New York is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.


Your profile


Graduate with a Master's degree from Engineering school, Business School or University.

  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills;
  • Knowledge of MS SharePoint & Visio.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in financial services industry;
  • Experience in implementing new processes and change management mechanism

  • Strong writing, research, and analysis skills;
  • Strong presentation skills (in person and virtual);
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, ability to prioritize and multitask;
  • Ability to succeed in a highly dynamic, deadline-oriented environment;

  • Ability to work with various stakeholders across the organization: KYC, Compliance, Audit, Front Office business lines.

  • They coordinate the onboarding process;

  • They define the normative framework governing interactions between Societe Generale and its clients, and serve as the final escalation point to resolve client incidents and requests;
