Responsibilities

SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

This is a fixed-term position lasting 12 months.

Desired start date: as soon as possible

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Perform daily activities concerning Bond, Covered Warrant & Certificates Income Payments
  • Perform the reconciliation of the income payments between custodian and our internal results
  • Collect Custodians information concerning Bond, Covered Warrant & Certificates Income Payments
  • Reconciliation of preliminary notifications & final confirmations (actual funds received)
  • Process the events in CAD 2.0 system in order to inform the beneficial holders about the income details and credit the incomes in clients account
  • Support Client's requests and complains, providing solutions and answers

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Social Studies
  • At least 1 year of experience in Banking
  • Preferable: prior experience in Securities Services

Language skills:

  • Italian: C2
  • English: B2

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
