Responsibilities

1) You will be in charge of the KYC (« Know Your Customer ») review periodical process for the existing customers: follow up of a planning, contacts with clients, analysis of KYC documents, interactions with specialized central teams.


2) You will take part in various tasks of client support, including daily contacts with clients via telephone or email: client contract preparation, answer to clients’ questions, account openings, aso…


3) You might participate to some specific missions, like improving some procedures (client invoicing, digitalisation of client files…). You will help write and update procedures.



Profile Required

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

 

This VIE in Amsterdam is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. Please see www.civiweb.com, in order to have more details regarding your financial indemnities.



Your Profile:

  • Graduate with a Master degree from Business School or University, majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Accountability 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Organization and Autonomy 
  • Good communication skills
  • Team-oriented
