Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with Scale Agile skills to lead the planning and execution of vulnerability management projects in our infrastructure security team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing and coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams to identify, classify, and remediate vulnerabilities in our systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

·       Own the vulnerability management epic, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall security strategy.

·       Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

·       Collaborate with end customer/user, skill team, architects, and operations teams to plan and prioritize.

·       Develop and maintain a comprehensive vulnerability management plan (3 PI planning).

·       Work with Agile teams to integrate vulnerability management into sprint planning and execution.

·       Continuously monitor and improve the vulnerability management process.

·       Contribute to the Agile train, enabling the security factories to deliver value incrementally.

·       Collaborate with Product Owners of security factories to prioritize and refine the product backlog.

·       Ensure alignment of vulnerability management priorities with the overall product roadmap

·       Participate in the Product Board, providing input on vulnerability management priorities and progress.

Profile required

Requirements:

·       12+ years of experience in security, IT, or a related field

·       Strong understanding of vulnerability management, security frameworks, and compliance regulations

·       Experience with Agile methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

·       Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

·       Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
