Compliance (CPLE) is responsible for facilitating and monitoring, for all entities of SG group, the compliance with regulation applicable as well as local requirements.
Compliance Oversight Standard Reporting (SREP) activity is meant to provide reporting of key Oversight results (according to guidelines and templates–data pack) is expected for (i) Group COMCO, (ii) Business Units/ Service Units, compliance committee, and (iii) local committees for entities, with standard Oversight.
As Business Analyst on behalf of the Compliance (CPLE) Oversight team, you drive, organize, and take charge of the following missions:
1/ Data management and monitoring, including data collection from appropriate sources, 1st level of controls, dashboard preparation: (like Key Risk Indicators-KRI- according to the different oversight axis etc).
2/ Contribution to the preparation of Compliance Governance (Group COMCO, (ii) Business Units/ Service Units, Compliance Committee (COMCO), and (iii) local committees): collect of information, KRI, IGAD (General Audit and Inspection Department) recommendation, Level 1 control (L1C) indicators, slides-pack preparation and diffusion, monitoring of action plans defined in the previous meeting).
3/ Communication management, sending/updating the information required as per communication channels agreed (Share-point Oversight etc). Redirect the requests that are not falling under team responsibility to the appropriate actors, in line with defined policies and SLAs. Analyze, query, and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures.
4/ Contribution to regular oversight exercises and ad-hoc requests. Define remediation plans to improve data quality and monitor the roll-out of remediation plans. Stay aware of the Risk and compliance measures and flag any potential risks. Analyze the root causes of anomalies, identify corrective actions and work with various support teams to correct data quality errors.
5/ Contribution to projects: procedures formalization, process optimization, ensure that the team process procedures are up to date.
