Data Designer HRCO
Responsibilities
Within HRCO Corporate Centers, the main mission of Data, Digital Transformation and HR Services Department (HRCO/DTS) is to establish the Group policy and strategy in terms of HR operating model (organization and processes), information systems and HR data. The team works closely with GCOO teams and the key actors within HR domain. The department ensures also a functional and technological watch.
As part of your mission, you will work directly with the Data Management Office of HRCO/DTS and act under the supervision of the heads of HR data governance, protection, usage and quality control.
Specifically, you will be required to:
Act as HR data business designer:
· Deploy the data design in compliance with SG Group standards
· Build and enrich business data models (description, rules and usage) for the HR perimeter, in conjunction with the Business Data Referents identified within the business and the IT data architect
· Maintain consistency between business and application data descriptions, in coordination with the IT data architect
· Contribute to the evolution of data mapping in line with projects and changes in the business environment, and ensure periodic review of the data dictionary (completeness and quality)
· Document business rules and data traceability through Data Lineage, and define data quality requirements in group data management/data quality tools
· Participate in Data Design committees led by RESG/GDO (monthly community and quarterly steering committee)
· Contribute to change management in terms of norms and standards, and to the proper understanding of data by the various stakeholders
· Establish and maintain the list of Group and local Business Data referents, in conjunction with the HRCO Data Governance Manager
Act as Data Quality Analyst on HR repositories perimeter:
· Deploy and coordinate the governance of HR repository data with the owners of Group repositories and all stakeholders, to ensure the proper management of changes to these repositories in the HRIS system
· Coordinate the implementation of changes to Group repositories in the HRIS, acting as project manager (management of requests issued by Group repository owners, coordination of impact analyses, planning of update and communication actions with all stakeholders)
Profile required
- Interest to data quality issues and basic knowledge of the creation, operation, life cycle and analysis of data;
- Knowledge or appetite for data design techniques (mapping, description, data modeling);
- Experience in project management (stakeholder management, priority management, organization meetings, data monitoring and analysis);
- Excel advanced: knows how to create a pivot chart, create a graph, use the elaborate filter; knows common logic functions and formulas (VLookUp, IF, AND, OR logic functions); knows how to specify validation criteria for a cell or range of cells;
- Language level: B2 French, B2 English;
- Ability to collaborate, work in a team;
- Proactivity, good organization and autonomy, decision making;
- Rigor, good analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in leading and facilitating meetings and communities.
- Ability to build connections and foster cooperation - facilitation / collaboration with diverse profiles / teams (technical, business, operational / strategical);
- HR knowledge would be a plus
