DFIN/DMO/EBS ensure the acceleration of DFIN Data Roadmap. The Data Management Office in Bucharest is responsible to ensure data reliability, the use of data, the data compliance and the culture of the data by monitoring DFIN/EBS data quality anomalies to produce the synthesis indicators, the prioritization of remediations plans and consolidated monitoring of action plans. It also delivers specific services for DMO Paris as Data Design and Data Compliance.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

  • Guarantee adherence and compliance to the DFIN Data Governance rules for all Finance projects;
  • Regularly monitor projects by applying the Data Questionnaire to ensure data governance rules are respected;
  • Evaluate projects to apply the DFIN Data Responsible Label;
  • Offer support to SG EBS DTO & BSC FIN Project Managers to ensure they will perform all the tasks required on their projects in term of data compliance;
  • Be able to handle data projects when needed.

Profile Required

A little about You:

  • Economic academic background;
  • Previous experience in project management or project management office is required;
  • Data management missions, coordination or organization would be an advantage;
  • Good oral and written expression in English, French would be an advantage;
  • Excellent abilities in Microsoft Excel and Power Point;
  • Attention to detail with commitment to high quality and accuracy.
