We are seeking to hire a skilled Data Management & Protection Analyst who will ensure that company activities comply with all Data Protection Policies for both local and on-shored processes, by setting up the right controls, follow-up on the DPR (Data Processing Record/Register) and PIA (Privacy Impact Assessment), support Process Owners, Business Owners and Project Managers, anticipate regulatory impacts on data, train stakeholders on Data Policies, according to department missions.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Participate in all meetings in which:
  • new or existing processes are established, implemented and / or modified;
  • new transitions are established or changes are made to the existing ones;
  • the implementation of new tools and applications involving the processing of personal data is discussed;
  • Maintain and update the DPR register in accordance with the processes developed by the Company;
  • It is part of all committees / working groups related to the implementation and modification of new and / or existing processes of the Company regarding the development / acquisition of new IT applications and / or development / modification of IT systems and updates the DPR in accordance with the new IT Systems/ tools and / or applications used by the Company;
  • Maintains the relationship with all Project Managers, as well as with all Operations Managers/ Business Owners/ Process Owners within the Company's departments and continuously collects information from them so it will permanently be in possession of all the necessary information regarding the processes carried out by the Company in both its own name and by the Company on behalf of its Partners;
  • Responsible only for supporting the PIA exercise, communication and monitoring of the measures proposed by the DPO, CISO and/or CDO, but is not responsible for the effective implementation of such measures;
  • Carry-out reporting and analysis on various indicators within the Company’s Data Management Office.

Profile required

  • At least 1 year experience in areas such as: process management / process support / process design; compliance / data privacy; project management;
  • Knowledge of generic processes within a private law company;
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Legal, Economics,  Administrative, IT or Security;
  • Advanced level of English language spoken and written;
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite, especially MS Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills in interacting with different stakeholders;
  • Responsible attitude, strong autonomy and ambition in achieving your mission.
