Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire a Data Quality Manager for managing in KEAR, the IT assets of ITIM, the DSI of the Retail Banking of Société Générale in France. You will join a team of 15 people, specifically the Architecture Referential team within DDS (Digital and Data Services) IT department, in charge with providing tools to support Enterprise Architecture.

Specifically, you will be required to:

• Manage the IT assets of ITIM perimeter in KEAR, the group’s enterprise architecture repository tool : referencing and description of IT assets (applications, components, etc.) and classification of these assets on the frameworks of ITIM architecture, of the SG Group, according to the Business landscape;

• Contribute to the application cartographies produced in KEAR Enterprise Architecture Repository, by providing teams with support in the use of this solution based on the HOPEX-MEGA software package;

• Participate in the definition of application cartographies according to the standards and the best practices in the KEAR solution;

• Produce from KEAR repository, exports as well as documentation that is part of the Projects documentary corpus: listing of application portfolios, application descriptions and cartographies, etc.

• Coordinate IT asset repository update campaigns: communications, presentations and support for application managers;

• Propose quality processes and adapted action plans to increase data quality;

• Follow up the indicators about quality of IT applications for ITIM perimeter;

• Support managers of application’s patrimonies to increase quality of their perimeter;

• Initiate corrective actions to enhance applications data quality by relevant quick wins.

Profile required

Hard skills (ideally):

• Good knowledge on repositories, data quality processes and applications management;

• Good management of Microsoft Office suite (PPT, Excel, Word) more specifically Excel facilities;

• A knowledge on VBA can be helpful on data load and indicators creation;

• Knowing the organization and methods of animation and communication of Société Générale (this is a plus);

• Knowing the Mega HOPEX tool and capabilities, the world of enterprise architecture and operational usage of applications’ repositories (BCP, incident management, costs management, ownerships…) are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Spirit of synthesis and challenge;

• Advanced level of French & English;

• Capability to manage a huge size of data;

• Organized: Analytic capacities and priorities management;

• Strong communication skills;

• Reactive & dynamic.
