Data Quality Manager with French (KEAR)

Responsibilities

 

•We are seeking to hire a skilled Data Quality Manager for the group’s Kear architecture repository tool. As part of our team, you will play an essential role in managing all the data quality processes.

What you will do:

•Propose quality processes and adapted action plans to increase data quality;

•Create and follow indicators about quality of IT applications in group perimeter;

•Organize a review session to share indicators and define priority of corrective actions;

•Ensure data management, data load to enhance SG group applications’ data quality in Kear repository;

•Support managers of application’s patrimonies to increase quality of their perimeter, and become a referent on quality process;

•Coordinate group review campaign to harmonize quality level in the different perimeters;

•Initiate corrective actions to enhance applications data quality by relevant quick wins.

Profile required

Hard skills (ideally):

•Good knowledge on repositories, data quality processes and applications management;

•Good knowledge on Mega HOPEX tool and capabilities;

•Good management of Microsoft Office suite (PPT, Excel, Word) more specifically Excel facilities;

•A knowledge on VBA can be helpful on data load and indicators creation;

•Knowing the organization and methods of animation and communication of Société Générale (this is a plus);

•Knowing the world of enterprise architecture and operational usage of applications’ repositories (BCP, incident management, costs management, ownerships…) are a plus.

Soft Skills:

•Spirit of synthesis and challenge;

•Advanced level of French & English;

•Capability to manage a huge size of data;

•Organized: Analytic capacities and priorities management;

•Strong communication skills;

•Reactive & dynamic.
