Responsibilities

 Responsibilities: 

  • Accountable for all the deliverables of GTPS/GFL from Chennai Location

  • Ramp up of the team

  • Team Management. (English and French speaking staff)

  • Multiple Stake holder Management (Counterparts, end users across the group, Internal Staff and Vendors)

  • Vendor Management

  • Preparing for and anchoring the steering committee and operations committee

  • Continuous assessment of GSC SWI Internal Resource

  • Decision about possible sanction regarding professional misconduct linked to SWI activities (Internal Resource case)

  • Application of local HR rules

  • Achieving the yearly evaluation interview  & Appraisal Management (For Internal Resource)

  • Defining individual improvement and training actions (Internal Resource)

  • Decision about professional evolution (internal promotion, mobility, …)

  • Processes optimization and for LEAN / BPM (Business Process Management) approaches 

Profile Required

Job Summary


The person is accountable for delivery of flow management projects from Chennai. The projects include the following activities

  • Group Embargo and sanctions filtering

  • Production support for the SWIFT infrastructure of the group.

  • Production support for Correspondent Banking

The activities are 24/7 and would be headed by managers who would work in tandem with teams in Paris and report to the Delivery Manager.

    

Educational requirements

Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent, Desirable:MBA

Certification required

Good to have ITIL, PMP, Prince 2, CSM

Experience

15 to 18 years in IT preferably with some experience in a captive environment; Desirable: Knowledge of Sanctions and Embargos, Swift, Infrastructure
