Responsibilities

  • Ensure meeting day-to-day targeted deliveries, as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Manage work force allocation and identify team's training needs.
  • People/ Resource Management: Responsible for directly managing the offshore team, resource (people/infra/software/others)
  • Performance Management : Ensure Consistence and quality in the performance of the activities assigned, support during exigencies
  • Adhere to risk, regulatory and control requirements.
  • Identify, manage and deliver process improvements, regularly.
  • Be a first level of contact for any delivery resolutions.
  • Lead team and inspire performances.
  • Ensure to maintain and keep the standard operating procedures for all the reports and other documentation up to date
  • Provide training to entities on the risk assessment framework & tool
  • Hands on supervision of the day-to-day product deliveries.
  • Develop business requirements and project roadmaps for high-performance and critical project priorities.
  • Manage delivery teams, processes and models for optimal delivery solutions.
  • Co-ordinate and troubleshoot team’s functions.
  • Manage risks and regulatory compliances.
  • Drive initiatives for organizational transformation and Real-time Bidding (RTB) projects.
  • Be a first-level of contact for any delivery resolutions.
  • Facilitate UAT and Identify and validate the test cases.
  • Anticipate and accompany the changes related to the tools used in the Project.
  • Provide ongoing support of the tools
  • Follow up of action items with the relevant stake holders
  • Identifying Mitigants and Perform Risk Cover Assessment to test the effectiveness of mitigants

The candidate will be entrusted with projects and tasks of his/her own and his/her manager will expect to receive very clear and concise feedback on the work progress

Profile required

  • 8 - 11 years of relevant experience in similar process
  • Knowledge about M & A and other corporate actions Knowledge in the field of compliance
  • Product knowledge and work experience in handling various financial products : Derivatives and Equities
  • Demonstrated advance level of functional, domain and operational management skills
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to visualize and implement enhancements.
  • Provide training to entities on the risk assessment framework & tool
  • Provide ongoing support of the tool
  • Demonstrated excellency in domain knowledge and operational management skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder and people management skills.
  • Ability to visualize and execute process enhancements.
  • Proven understanding of regulatory and risk framework.
  • Proven capability of executing small to medium level projects.
  • Follow up of action items with the relevant stake holders
  • Interest in learning about the Capital markets surveillance function is a plus (or motivation to learn)
  • Good understanding of Core Banking Systems
  • Fluency and good writing skills, ability to synthesize

  • Spoken Language fluency (for verbal communication with the necessary entities)
