Responsibilities

1. Delivering the Pnl reports to various teams / Traders / Risq within agreed timelines and with highest quality possible. Ensure all queries that are coming from the Onshore/FO with respect to the scope are promptly attended to and pitch in where necessary.
2. Good understanding and sense of PnL & IA numbers reported and Accountable for daily review of the PnL figures.
3. Ensure that comment quality is improved and standardized and in line with global practice
4. All SOP's to be in place and Review the SOP's every 6 months and get approval from required stakeholders
5. Escalate issues on a timely manner and Resolution of all IT/Booking/ref issues. Use of platform like DQ and incidents workflow on MYM
6. Monitoring big moves, IA unexplain on daily basis and highlight and act to control any potential alert.
7. Monthly 1-1 meeting with team members for constant feedback and knowing all issues faced by team members
8. No breaches on SERVAL & checkpoint. No L1. proper close of Control tower, MARK view
9. Understand the desk mandate and be part of biweekly / monthly calls with desk / weekly/ biweekly with onshore and raise queries and concern.
10. Maintaining a healthy team environment, encouraging open door policy , being transparent
11. Knowledge sharing session within the team.
12. Highlight key people (talents, experts, managers N1...). Promote major achievements and good behaviours.
14. MyM MAXX & TAGBOX : Onboarding all P&L reports on the industrialized platform.
15. Work on projects – IA improvement/ comment standardization , Auto commentary etc.
16. Participate on all RMA / RISQ / SGGSC level discussion
17. Help in collecting data for Audit, respond the audit queries
18. Ensure proper backup including understand of the business
19. Keeping onshore informed on all relevant subjects.
20. Participate and get involved in Team building activities
21. Involvement in coaching and mentoring of junior/new team members
22. Timely review of DL for all reports (quaterly once atleast)
23. Monitor daily on PnL validation and Rejection from FO and be able to resolve FO concerns around pnl rejection promptly
24. As a manager, assist team members through their journey in SG, by offering timely development inputs, creating opportunities for their growth and providing motivation by recognising their efforts

Profile required

1. Indepth understanding of greeks - first / second / third derivatives 
2. Be critical on existing processes and learn to be proactive
3. Detailed knowledge on valuations of products such as Bonds, Equities, Fx, IRS, Exotic, Hybrids, Structured, CTY, credit risk products
4. Able to understand the concepts used in valuation techniques and methodologies behind the same
